Changing Email Address

Is there a limit to the number of email addresses a User can set up?

No. You are able to utilize an unlimited number of email addresses. However, you will need to designate one of your email addresses as the primary email address.

What is the primary email address?

If you only have one email address on file, this email address will be considered the primary email address. If you wish to utilize several email addresses, you will designate the email address you wish to have as your primary.

The primary email address will be utilized for any email communication we send, including enrollment approval notification, redisclosure of certain terms and conditions, etc. You may also elect to have Account Alerts routed to this primary email address.

How do I change my current email addresses or add additional email addresses?

To change the email addresses currently on file or add additional email addresses, select the Change My Email Addresses option from within the Managing Online Access section of the site.

To change the email associated with your security profile, select Change My Security Profile.

How do I remove an email address?

To remove an email address currently on file, select the Change My Email Addresses option from within the Managing Online Access section of the site. Click the "Delete" link next to the email address you wish to remove.

Be advised that you will not be able to remove an email address if it is the primary email address or if there are alerts being sent to that email address. If you wish to remove the primary email address, you must first designate a different address to be the primary email address. If you have alerts being sent to the address you wish to delete, you will need to modify your alerts by removing the email address from the list of addresses the alert is being sent to.

Can I change the email addresses of other Users I have added?

No. Administrators or Users with Administrator permissions do not have the ability to update the email addresses for Users they have added. Each User is responsible for updating his or her email addresses accordingly.
