Paperless Statements
What are paperless statements?
When you sign up for paperless statements, you will begin receiving your account statement online instead of in the mail. An email notification will be sent to you each month when your statement is available to view online.
Will I continue to receive my printed statement in the mail if I sign up for paperless statements?
No, when you sign up for paperless statements you will not receive a paper statement in the mail. If you would like to continue to receive your paper statement, and you would also like to receive an email notifying you when your new account information is available to view online, you can sign up for the Statement Information Available email alert in the Account Alerts section of the site.
Is there a cost associated with receiving paperless statements?
No, paperless statements are FREE to our online customers.
Will my paperless statements look the same as my printed statement?
Your paperless statement will be a PDF version of your actual printed statement. You can view it by selecting View Statements from the Account Services link on the left navigation menu on the Accounts tab. You can also click on See Statement on the Account Detail Page. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it in this format. You can download the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at Adobe.
Can I have my paperless statement notification sent to multiple email addresses?
Yes, you can choose to send your paperless statements notifications to up to two email addresses per account.
Is special software required to view my paperless statements online?
Yes, your paperless statement will be in a PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. You can download the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at Adobe. You will also have the opportunity to download it when you sign up for paperless statement.

What should I do if I do not receive my paperless statements?
If you have not received an email notifying you that your statement is available to view online, we may have an outdated email address on file for you. Go to the Manage Paperless Statements page, check your email address and update it if necessary.

How secure are paperless statements?
We do not send your actual statement through email, instead we send you an email notification that your paperless statements are available to view online. You must then log in to our secure website where your account information is protected by 256-bit encryption technology.
How do I sign up for paperless statements?
To sign up for paperless statements, select the Enroll in Paperless Statements link from the left navigation menu on the Accounts tab. Once you select the account and specify the email address to which you would like your paperless statements sent, you will begin receiving paperless statements with your next statement cycle.
What if I sign up for paperless statements and then decide I would like to receive paper statements again?
At any time you can return to the Manage Paperless Statements page and choose to turn paperless statements off.
How do I change the email address to which my paperless statement notifications are sent?
At any time you can return to the Manage Paperless Statements page and update the email addresses to which your paperless statements are being sent.
After I sign up, when can I expect to receive my first paperless statement?
You will begin to receive paperless statements and stop receiving paper statements with your next statement cycle. If your statement has recently cycled, you may receive one last paper statement before paperless statements begin.
How will I know when my paperless statement is available to view online?
You will receive an email notification when your new paperless statement is available to view online. This email will contain a link to log in to the secure online banking section of the site. Once logged in, you will be taken directly to your most recent online statement.
How do I view my paperless statements?
The email notification will contain a link that will take you directly to your most current paperless statement. You may also access the PDF of your paperless statement by clicking on the See Statement link on the Account Detail screen.
How do I save or print my paperless statements?
To save your paperless statements, click on the See Statement link on the Account Detail page and select Save or Print in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
How long will my paperless statements be available to view online?
Credit Card statements are available to view for up to seven years online. You can request a copy of past statements within the Service Requests tab.
